Are there any Google training courses available?

Yes, we offer a Google Cybersecurity Training course, which is structured similarly to the Microsoft Cybersecurity training course. At this time, there are no courses focused on individual Google products.

Is this course valuable even if my client(s) do not use Google Workspace tools?

This course discusses many cybersecurity vulnerabilities and best security practices for the tools including in Google Workspace. However, it also provides cybersecurity education on many free tools that employees may be utilizing on a personal level such as Google Gmail, the Google Chrome browser, and the Google web browser.

What impact does the Google Cybersecurity course have on ESS?

The Google Cybersecurity course offers users an ESS extra credit opportunity. The extra ESS points a user can earn are based on their performance in the final quiz, but the maximum ESS remains at 800.

Can users earn bonus points by completing both the Microsoft 365 Cybersecurity Training and the Google Cybersecurity course?

Yes, if you have both the Microsoft 365 Cybersecurity Training and the Google Cybersecurity Training enabled for your clients, then users are eligible to earn bonus points for completing both, regardless of the order in which they are completed, with additional points awarded for completing both courses.

Can I disable Google Cybersecurity Training for my clients? 

Yes, through the Training Configuration tab, you have the ability to manage access to both Microsoft and Google training courses for individual clients or universally through the Partner Profile.
